We serve the end customer (B2C). We need to collect and store individual personal data to contact them and service their requirements to function. The information we hold is necessary and proportionate to the service we offer. Website Contact Forms 

Client Form

This form is for individuals (potential clients) who would like us to help them with their household cleaning needs. 

Cleaner Form 

This form is for individuals (potential cleaners) who want to work with us as cleaners.

General Enquiry Form 

We occasionally receive general enquiries from individuals and business entities who wish to engage with us in some capacity.  

Online Chatbots

Our website uses Online Chat Bots to deal with enquiries in real-time and enhance the user experience. The user will have visibility of the conversation on their local device.

Emails

We receive emails from individuals or businesses. We will collect and store this information safely and securely if we deem this a business opportunity. 

CRM Database 

Based on the information we get from our multiple engagement points, we may/will create individual records on our CRM Database with a view to work with such individuals in the future.

All information is stored in our CRM systems and kept for one year unless contacted to remove the data. In such cases, we will endeavour to withdraw your data within five working days, if not sooner.

Email Marketing 

We collect information, such as name and email address, to send you helpful business and service-related content. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, click the unsubscribe link and follow the process.

All information gathered and stored is deemed necessary and proportionate to help us deal with the enquiry and operate as a business. 

Third Party

Occasionally, we may work/integrate with a trusted and reputable Third Party provider such as software, systems, individuals and businesses. This will be to support and enhance our business operations. Necessary and proportionate information is used by the Third Party to help us provide a good service.

Google Analytics

To measure website performance, we use Google Analytics. To merely understand how users interact with our website, giving us valuable insights on improving the user experience. We do not use this data for anything else, nor is this data forwarded to any external parties.

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Working with us – Name, address, contact number, email address. Official ID – Passport/Driving Licence, Right to Work Documents, Characteristics/Work Reference. DBS, Fit to work medical questionnaire.
  • Individuals with Cleaning needs – Name, address, access codes, contact number, email address, bank details, special instructions

Most of the personal data we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • So we can find suitable cleaners for you and provide you with a tailored service.
  • So we can find relevant work in line with your skills and needs.
  • So we can respond to enquires made directly by you.

Your information is securely stored. We keep personal information for 1 Year. We will then dispose of your data by permanently removing it from our online CRM and other supporting systems.
